General Return Policy
- Saddlers Row accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued minus the original shipping cost.
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Incorrect or Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Saddlers Row will cover the return shipping cost.
- We will also cover the shipping cost to send the correct item to you.
Clearance Items
- All items listed in the Clearance section of our website are FINAL SALE.

Clearance items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
