Saddlers Row offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. Heavy or oversized health care products and tall boots are charged a $15 shipping fee.

All saddle purchases are charged $95 for shipping and insurance.

Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size and/or weight of the package. If you have any questions, please call us at 847.776.6700.

Please note that due to the current tariffs and duties, Saddlers Row is unable to ship orders to destinations outside of the United States at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

All Clearance Sale Items (Clearance items are in Clearance Section of website) are NON-REFUNDABLE and all sales are final.

Saddlers Row accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are issued minus the outbound shipping cost. The return shipping can either be paid for by the customer or via a prepaid return label which can be obtained by contacting Saddlers Row. If the customer chooses a prepaid return label, the cost of this will be deducted from the customer's refund. If the customer received the wrong item, Saddlers Row will cover the return cost and the re-shipping cost for the right product.
