- Saddlers Row accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Incorrect or Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product:

- Saddles: All saddle purchases include a $95 shipping and insurance fee to ensure safe delivery.

Samshield Shield'Rup stirrups redefine the balance between safety, comfort and elegance. Designed to provide a natural and stable connection with the horse, they combine cutting-edge technology and refined design to meet the expectations of the most demanding riders. The innovative 180° safety arm opens from the top of the iron and has a full 180° range of motion so that the rider's foot can easily be released in the event of a fall no matter what direction the rider falls in.
